Privacy Policy

How Brock Industries collects, uses, and protects your information.

Effective date: April 6, 2026

Overview

Brock Industries LLC ("we," "us," "our") operates the brockindustries.cloud website and related digital properties. This policy describes what information we collect, why we collect it, and how you can manage it.

We keep this straightforward. We collect the minimum data needed to run the site, process purchases, and understand how visitors use our content. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

Information We Collect

We may collect the following categories of information depending on how you interact with our site:

  • Contact information — name, email address, and any details you voluntarily provide through our contact form or direct email.
  • Payment information — when you purchase products through our store, payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number, CVV, or full payment details on our servers. Stripe receives and processes this data under their own privacy policy.
  • Usage data — pages visited, time spent on pages, referring URLs, browser type, device type, and approximate geographic location (country/region level). This data is collected through analytics tools and is not tied to your identity.
  • Communication data — the content of emails or messages you send us directly.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for these purposes:

  • To process and fulfill product purchases.
  • To respond to inquiries and provide customer support.
  • To understand how visitors use our site so we can improve content and navigation.
  • To send transactional emails related to purchases (order confirmations, delivery of digital products).

We do not send unsolicited marketing emails. If we ever introduce a newsletter or mailing list, it will be strictly opt-in.

Cookies and Tracking

Our site may use cookies and similar technologies for:

  • Essential cookies — required for basic site functionality such as maintaining session state during a purchase.
  • Analytics cookies — used to collect anonymous usage statistics. These help us understand which content is useful and where visitors come from.

We do not use advertising cookies or third-party ad trackers. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though this may affect site functionality.

Payment Processing

All payment transactions are processed through Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. When you make a purchase:

  • Your payment details are transmitted directly to Stripe over an encrypted connection.
  • We receive a transaction confirmation and a truncated card reference (last four digits) for order tracking purposes only.
  • We never have access to your full card number or security code.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may process data on our behalf:

  • Stripe — payment processing.
  • Reliability Marketplace — fulfillment of printed book orders placed through Amazon.
  • Analytics provider — anonymous site usage analytics.
  • LinkedIn — links to our LinkedIn profile are present on the site; LinkedIn's own policies govern interactions on their platform.

Each third-party service operates under its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review those policies if you have concerns about how they handle data.

Data Retention

We retain contact and transaction data for as long as necessary to fulfill our obligations — typically for the duration of any applicable warranty, support period, or legal requirement. Analytics data is retained in aggregated, anonymized form and is not tied to individual identities.

If you would like us to delete your personal information, contact us at the address below and we will process your request within 30 days.

Data Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including HTTPS encryption for all site traffic, secure payment processing through Stripe, and access controls on our infrastructure. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.

Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • Request access to the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request correction or deletion of your personal data.
  • Object to or restrict certain types of processing.
  • Request a portable copy of your data.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the information below.

Children's Privacy

Our site and services are not directed at individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
